1/2 cup of Raspberries

1/2 Banana

Splash of Vanilla

Splash of Cinnamon

2 tbsp. of Chunky Teddy’s Peanut Butter

1 tbsp. of Flaxseed

1 3/4 Cup of Almond Milk
